Levain Bakery Just Launched Vegan & Gluten-Free Cookies and We're Buying them by the Dozen

Cookie lovers are lining up for them, regardless, especially since the chunky cookies are roughly the size of a softball, with an irresistibly gooey interior (though the brand says the gluten-free version is a bit crumblier, FYI). Oh, and they ship nationwide in two days and can be stored in an airtight container for at least a week without going bad.

You can also freeze them to make them last longer. Then, when you're ready to enjoy them, just heat them in a 350-degree Fahrenheit oven for five to ten minutes and chomp into their glorious gooey goodness.

We don't know about you, but this is exactly the pick-me-up we need to get us through the week, so we're ordering the 12-pack right now.
