Your kids spend the day running from math class to ballet to soccer and then back home for homework. And they need a snack, stat. These no-bake bites are packed with all kinds of good stuff to give your little ones the energy they need to tackle the day. And with just five healthy ingredients (oats, dried cranberries, ground flax seeds, honey and SunButter), making them is as easy as mixing everything in a bowl and rolling them up. Now, who’s ready for piano practice?

Step 1: Mix 1 cup oats, 1/2 cup dried cranberries, 1 1/2 tablespoons ground flax seeds, 2 tablespoons honey and 3/4 cup SunButter in a bowl with a wooden spoon.

Step 2: Wet your hands and roll the mixture into balls, about 1 inch in diameter.

Step 3: Freeze for one hour before serving.
