The Luxe Gift Nobody Thinks of Giving (Other Than Geniuses Like You)

I sampled the Best Seller assortment, which included two each of the following: 6-ounce filet mignons, 10-ounce boneless strip steaks, 8-ounce sirloins and 8-ounce ribeyes. And honestly, I was blown away. The filet mignon was so outrageously tender that it was all my family could talk about that night—and it became the gold standard that we measured other steaks at restaurants against.

Granted, that assortment doesn't come cheap—a $495 value, it's currently marked down to $260—making it more of a splurge gift. But, for the person (or family) you really want to treat, this is a treat. And who knows, they may even invite you over to enjoy it too.

The company also offers a range of meat at various price points if you're looking for more of a surf-and-turf option or something more attuned to a grill master. (Or, perhaps, a gift to go with that new grill your uncle got his favorite brother.)

While pre-Christmas delivery spots are filling up, I stand by this as a great last-minute gift, because you can always choose a delivery date in the future—and give them something to look forward to in the long January ahead.
