The Cheesecake Factory
The base is a white and dark chocolate cheesecake, swirled with refreshing pink peppermint. Best of all, the confection sits atop a mint chocolate brownie bottom instead of the expected graham cracker crust.
Upon tasting it again in 2025, it’s just as I remember from last year. The cheesecake is impeccably tangy, rich and creamy, just like the chain’s O.G. flavor. The peppermint is unmistakable but not overwhelming. Personally, the brownie base is my favorite part. It’s super decadent, and the chewy, fudgy texture is plain heavenly.
