These must-have leggings come in three inseam lengths—petite (28 inches), regular (30 inches) and tall (32 inches)—all of which come in the full size range of XS to 3X. I’d originally assumed, at 5’9” with long legs, that I’d need the tall length, but the regular did indeed cover my ankles and hit a spot low enough that I’d feel comfortable wearing them with sneakers or flats rather than boots. Two petite editors, Associate Sales and Deals Editor Destinee Scott and Assistant Commerce Editor Natalie LaBarbera, who stand 4’11” and 5’2”, respectively, agreed that the petite lengths were definitely a better fit for their frames. Per Scott, “They still bunch up at the bottom, but not enough to the point where it's a problem. Plus, I usually wear them with boots, so that part is often covered up.” And while some reviewers say the newer versions run true to size, most PureWow editors recommend sizing up one from your usual for a more comfortable fit.
They’re also machine washable, though you should lay them flat to dry. Spanx also recommends washing in cold or cool water. The faux leather actually looks like leather, and has just the right amount of shine without looking like disco pants. FYI, there is a patent faux-leather pair—also included in the sale for $49, down from $110—if that’s more your style.
If you’re not in the market for leggings, there are tons of other deals to check out, too: The brand’s famous shapewear is also 30 percent off, as is the clothing. And you won’t regret adding the Air Essentials wide-leg pants (was $110, now $77) and half-zip (was $118, now $83)—both which made their way onto Oprah’s Favorite Things list for 2022—to your athleisure collection. I would be remiss not to mention the best-selling PerfectFit Ponte Slim Straight Pants, as well, which will make you look ultra-smart at work, and has gone down from $148 to just $99.
Now if you'll excuse me, I’ve got a lot of shopping to do...
