Let’s be real, transitioning your wardrobe from summer to fall isn't exactly an easy task—and revamping your whole closet can get expensive real fast. That’s precisely why I’m turning to H&M to stock up on trendy styles that I can easily incorporate into my fall capsule wardrobe. Here's why I suggest you join me.

Not only has the brand just dropped a bunch of new pieces for the season, but it's also having a massive sitewide sale through Aug. 11, during which we can score many of these styles for up to 50 percent off. If you ask me, there's no better incentive to grab your wallet and start shopping for next season now.

There are *tons* of on-trend items to shop from the brand’s new offerings, such as this breezy floral tie-belt dress ($40; $34), which is bound to become your new favorite, and this cozy cable-knit cardigan ($25; $21) you won't want to take off. With so many options at your disposal, I'm sure you won't have a hard time finding items that'll take you into next season in style—starting with these 13.

Made from a blend of rayon and polyester that makes the fabric not too light, but not too heavy, this floral number is perfect for fall with its elegant design and raglan balloon sleeves. The waist is cinched for a slimmer silhouette, but it's also equipped with a removable tie belt in the center that provides an even closer fit if you want to take advantage. Plus, the styling options are endless—you can pair this frock with sneakers for brunch or leather knee-high boots for a night on the town.

If you’re obsessed with wearing profesh-looking vests, consider this longer style from the brand. Boasting a tailored fit that adds some structure, it's sophisticated enough for the office but also chic enough for a round of after-work cocktails. It's also currently under $35 thanks to the sale, so I wouldn't waste any time before adding it to my cart if I were you.

Crafted with a rayon-nylon blend that is sure to keep you cozy as you make your morning Starbucks runs, this sweater provides just the right amount of coverage with its long sleeves and round neckline. Details like the preppy button-up design give it a dark academia vibe, *and* it's machine-washable, so you won't have to worry about accidentally spilling your PSL. (You do, however, have to hang-dry it, so keep that in mind as you wash.)

Oversized jeans aren't going out of style anytime soon, and this pair meets the mark with its roomy legs, high waist and classic five-pocket design. This dark-wash pair in particular is constructed of 100 percent cotton for a rigid feel that screams vintage—but, don't worry, they're meant to soften over time for that perfectly lived-in vibe.

Is any autumn rotation truly complete without a pair of loafers? I don't think so, which is exactly why you should scoop up these loafer mules while you can save on 'em. In addition to the cotton lining, the shoes are made with a rubber outsole that makes for comfortable walking. The penny keeper at the front also doesn't go unnoticed, and while I adore this burgundy color for its fall vibes, it's also available in a light beige shade if that is more your preference.

The pretty ruffles and low-cut V neck will instantly make this piece a fave in your closet. The cropped cut makes it sit right at your torso for an elongated look, and the tie strings in the center are a fun (and adjustable) touch that adds to its boho-chic aesthetic. The polyester-spandex material is also light and airy, so if you feel it shows a little too much skin, you can wear a tank or camisole underneath.

A knit sweater that still works for a warm day? Sign me up! This little number is made from a unique blend of polyester, acrylic, wool and spandex, and can easily be rotated through the winter and spring. You can pair it with jeans, dress pants or even a tailored skirt, making it a timeless, versatile piece you won't regret having in your closet.

These flowy knit pants are just what you need for the cooler months ahead, as they can be dressed down for the airport or dressed up for a dinner party. The mix of nylon, polyester and wool makes for a super soft blend, while the vertical stitched creases on the front help to elongate the legs and elevate the look all-around. As for the elasticized waistband? It ensures you get the most comfortable fit for your buck

You'll definitely turn heads as the lady in red with this bold pleated mini that's equal parts elegant and leggy. And not only is it sure to be comfy thanks to its stretch fabric, but the partial lining means you'll be protected from giving any unexpected peep-shows. I also love that it is easy to slip in and out of courtesy of the hidden zipper in the back. Now, while I'm fond of this fiery colorway, it's also available in a burgundy shade that's more on the muted side.

A barn jacket is a must-have in any girl's fall wardrobe, and this is a stylish, lighter option you can keep in your rotation 'til spring. It works perfectly for casual activities like apple picking (soon!!), and the fit is slightly oversized, meaning you can wear a sweater underneath if you feel like you need something warmer.

Cuddly, cozy and oh-so chic, this oversized crewneck checks every box and then some. It's made from a blend of polyester, nylon and wool, so there's no question whether it'll keep you toasty on all the crisp autumn nights to come. It's also minimalist enough to style with jeans or dress up with trousers or a skirt for a more formal event.

You'll live for these cropped vintage-style pants, which are designed to stop just above your ankle. Made in a wide style that is still flattering, they come in five colors and feature front patch pockets that totally drive home the '70s vibe. If you are on the petite side these pants may end up falling a bit longer, so consider getting them hemmed if you want to show off your boots next season.

And if you're looking for a pair of pants specifically for formal occasions, look no further than these luxe-looking trousers, which are woven together with polyester and a bit of spandex for some stretch. The sleek, frills-free design in front is flattering to your torso and hips, and you can keep the formal vibes going by throwing on a satin blouse or an elevated jacket. Oh, and if the burgundy shade isn't quite your style, it's also available in solid brown and black colorways.
