Meghan Markle knows a good coat when she sees one. And, over her years as a royal, we’ve grown to trust her taste implicitly. It seems Emily Blunt has, too.

While promoting A Quiet Place II, the 37-year-old Golden Globe winner took a cue from the Duchess of Sussex and wore the same Sentaler wrap coat she’s worn previously in not one, but two colors.

As a reminder, the 38-year-old duchess kicked the trend off when she sported a hazelnut-colored Sentaler Notch collar wrap coat ($1,795) at the Wellchild Awards last October with Prince Harry.

Markle paired the classic coat with the now-iconic green Parosh shift dress she wore to announce her engagement to Prince Harry in 2017, camel-colored Manolo Blahnik “BB” pumps ($665) and a now sold-out Montunas Guaria mini orchid-print silk handle box bag ($435).

In the last week, Blunt paid sartorial homage to Markle by wearing both camel and ivory versions of the coat. (See the pics here.) She began by wearing the camel topper while out and about in New York.

Blunt paired the look with white sneakers, houndstooth culottes, a grey leather backpack and stylish sunnies. It was laidback-luxe perfection.

Then, yesterday, the Mary Poppins Returns star relied upon a similar outfit formula and donned an ivory bouclé version ($1,750) of the Sentaler “it” outerwear when arriving at the Jimmy Kimmel Live studios in Los Angeles.

Like she had earlier in the week, Blunt completed the look with white tennies, houndstooth high-waisted trousers, a cropped knit sweater and a nude handbag.

Blunt is saving up some off-duty Markle inspiration, and we don’t hate it.
