Marshmallow Play Dough Is as Fun to Make as It Is to Play With

When it comes to kids’ toys, there are three things we know to be true: Batteries are never included, there will always be a stray Lego on the floor and anything is fair game to stick in your mouth. As for that last one, we've got just the solution... Watch for an awesome playdough recipe that’s easy to make and safe to eat.

What You Need:
 - 6 to 8 large marshmallows
 - ¼ cup cornstarch
 - 2 teaspoons coconut oil
 - 12 drops liquid food coloring

Step 1: Put the marshmallows in a microwave-safe bowl. Add the cornstarch and coconut oil.

Step 2: Microwave the mixture on high for 30 seconds.

Step 3: Time to add the food coloring and stir everything together. It will be pretty sticky but keep going until a spoon just isn’t cutting it, then knead with your hands. (Tip: Put a little coconut oil on your hands to keep the dough from sticking too much.)

Step 4: Sprinkle some additional cornstarch onto a clean, non-stick surface and hop right in to some worry-free playtime.
