Bridgerton season four dropped yesterday to much fanfare. The Cinderella storyline reveals Yerin Ha as the lady in silver and star of the season, persued by the rakish Benedict Bridgerton. But before she lead one of Netflix's most popular series, Ha had been establishing herself as a rising performer. I thought she looked familiar, and it turns out I was right.

Ha, a South Korean-Australian actress, started her career in theater, starring alongside Mia Wasikowska and Eliza Scanlen in the Sydney Theatre Company's 2019 production of Lord of the Flies. That same year, she was cast in the Steven Spielberg-backed adaptation of Halo, playing Kwan Ha. It debuted on Paramount+ in 2022, during which she also made her feature film debut, Sissy, which premiered at South by Southwest.

Her more recent and prominent projects before Bridgerton include Dune: Prophecy (2024) and two Australian series, Bad Behaviour (2023) and The Survivors (2025) in supporting roles as Young Kasha, Alice and Mia Chang, respectively.
While she's yet to announce any new projects, it's safe to say I'll be plenty busy binging season four, and hoping Lady Whistledown has something soon to report.
