Spine-chilling cocktails, giant river otters bobbing for pumpkins and a spooktacular musical performance by rapper Travis Scott—yeah, the Magic City doesn’t play around when it comes to fright night festivities. 1. Halloween Spook at Sea

Sail around Biscayne Bay with Poseidon Ferry as you dance the night away on Halloween weekend. Halloween Spook at Sea is a two-hour experience that includes cruising on the water, a live DJ, two drink tickets plus a cash bar and small bites like candy and pizza. Now that’s a Hallows Eve plan we can definitely get on board with.

2. Halloween at the Biltmore

The Biltmore in Coral Gables is bringing back its legendary Halloween weekend soiree. Expect an open bar, buzzy music, a chef-driven buffet dinner and a costume contest hosted by a celebrity panel of judges.

3. Halloween Half Marathon

There’s need to feel guilty about stuffing your face with fun-size Snickers bars. Just sign up for Miami Beach’s Halloween Half Marathon and get your sweat on. Thousands will flood the streets of Wynwood in their craziest costumes to celebrate Halloween this year. Bedner’s Farm is hosting its annual fall festival this year, running through Halloween. Included with admission is entrance to the pumpkin patch, plus tractor rides, live music and entrance to the corn maze and sunflower field. Also expect homemade ice cream, cider doughnuts, roasted sweet corn and other savory eats like grilled cheese, tacos and New York-style hot dogs.

Get spooked for charity: The Coral Gables Woman’s Club’s Halloween Haunted Mansion Party will celebrate all things spooky with an open bar, delicious food and an international celebrity DJ. Plus, a costume contest with prizes will be awarded for best couple, best group and most unique overall. All proceeds will help support the Coral Gables Children’s Dental Clinic.
