*This* Morgan Freeman Flick Is the #1 Movie on Netflix

Morgan Freeman has been in almost 100 films throughout his career. And with 46 available on Netflix (yes, we looked it up), we’re not surprised that one of them, Going in Style, has managed to claim a spot on the platform’s most popular movies list.

The film, which was originally released in 2017, officially dropped on Netflix earlier this week. After just four days, it snagged the top position on the service’s top-rated section, beating out Legacy of Lies, Titanic, Step Brothers and The Guilty. The flick follows three best friends who, in an attempt to keep up with their bills, decide to rob a bank that wronged them.

Watch the trailer below.

The film’s official synopsis reads, “Lifelong buddies Willie, Joe and Al decide to buck retirement and step off the straight-and-narrow for the first time in their lives when their pension fund becomes a corporate casualty. Desperate to pay the bills and come through for their loved ones, the three risk it all by embarking on a daring bid to knock off the very bank that absconded with their money.”

We’re not totally surprised to see Going in Style on the most-watched list, considering it has an all-star cast and landed an impressive score of 82 percent on Rotten Tomatoes.

In addition to Freeman, the film also stars Michael Caine (Batman Begins), Alan Arkin (Little Miss Sunshine), Matt Dillon (There’s Something About Mary), Christopher Lloyd (Back to the Future), Ann Margret (Bye Bye Birdie), Joey King (The Kissing Booth), John Ortiz (Silver Linings Playbook) and more.

Looks like we have Friday night plans.
