If you loved Big Littles Lies and Nine Perfect Strangers, then you need to watch author Liane Moriarty’s latest book-to-series adaptation.

Introducing Apples Never Fall, which is based on Moriarty’s best-selling book and coming to Peacock on March 14. The series revolves around the seemingly perfect Delaney family, which is spearheaded by former tennis coaches Stan (Sam Neill) and Joy (Annette Bening).

Everything changes when the couple sells their sports academy to spend more time with their children. This prompts a troubled woman to enter their lives, and shortly after, the matriarch goes missing. It doesn’t take long for secrets to surface, proving that the Delaneys are far from perfect.

In addition to Neill (Jurassic Park) and Bening (Nyad), Apples Never Fall also stars Alison Brie (GLOW), Jake Lacy (The White Lotus), Conor Merrigan-Turner (Shattered) and Essie Randles (The Speedway Murders).

In a press release, writer, showrunner and executive producer Melanie Marnich revealed that the show will hook viewers from the very first episode.

“I’ve never been able to resist a story that feels like an immersive vacation from life...and yet is deliciously about life,” she said (according to NBC). “Ultimately, Apples Never Fall is a very honest show about what it means to be a part of a very complicated family. Something really bad might’ve happened at the Delaneys…but you still wanna swing by for a gin and tonic.”

The countdown to March 14 is on.
