A hairstyle we’ve been seeing a lot of lately? Flipped-out ends reminiscent of Elisa Donovan’s (that’s Amber from Clueless) iconic do from the ’90s, as seen here on Hailey Bieber. Mint Eyeshadow
Here’s a quick way to open up tired, puffy peepers: a wash of mint eye shadow across your lids. The calming hue is best applied using a fluffy brush to diffuse the color for that pretty watercolor effect as seen on Lily here.

Another refreshing idea to try now? A sleek sliver of bright white or silver liner to frame your eyes. We loved this subtly sparkling look on Beanie Feldstein, which her makeup artist, Katey Denno, created by dipping a tiny angled eyeliner brush into water and silver shadow.
