Red gowns and ponytails may have taken over the Emmys red carpet this year, but Reese Witherspoon still turned heads with her strapless Armani Privé grown and simple, sleek 'do.
Not a single hair was out of place, thanks to celebrity stylist Lona Vigi. But how exactly did she achieve that voluminous, glossy look?
Vigi used products by Virtue to style Witherspoon's shiny tresses. (FWIW, Virtue is Jennifer Garner-approved as well.)
The look began with the brand's popular 6-in-1 Styler ($34). The brand suggests working a quarter-size amount into clean damp or dry hair from mid-shaft to end.
Designed to hydrate, polish and protect your locks from heat and humidity, this styling cream works for all hair types. Especially if the biggest concerns are dryness, dullness and frizz.
Then, Vigi followed up with the lightweight Volumizing Primer ($38) to add a little oomph. This formula, which includes aloe extract, wheat protein and vitamin B5, is also made to protect against heat and environmental damage.
The stylist then finished off Witherspoon's golden locks with Virtue's top-rated Healing Oil ($44), a blend hydrating super oils—like vitamin E and Kalahari melon seed oil—that control frizz, help reduce split ends and boost shine.
