While RiRi is no stranger to nourishing lotions and creamy body butters, she’s added two body washes, two bubble baths and three body mists to the Fenty Skin lineup. There are two distinct fragrances in the line—plus, all the bath and body products are under $40 each. (You can even buy a full-size bundle if you’re inclined to have your whole body care routine be Fentyified.) The beauty mogul writes on her website, “I’m about finding those moments just for you. Body care…that’s as personal as it gets. This collection is all about turning that everyday into extras.” As a longtime Fenty fan, I didn’t waste time getting my hands on the whole collection. Here’s my honest review, from the texture to the signature scents.

1. Fenty Skin Allover Body Mist

What We Like

  • offers even application
  • great for layering
  • lasting scent

What We Don't Like

  • subtle scent so might have to spray more product

Fenty

I’m constantly raving about the Fenty’s parfum, so I’m not surprised I gravitated towards both of these new sprays. Body mists often get a bad wrap for fading quickly, but I found this one settled nicely on the skin and stayed around for the entire day. It’s not too strong, but it can be a great layering product with body lotion, body oil or body butter. There’s also the other option to refresh throughout the day.

‘Vanilla Flowers’ has a warm floral and gourmand scent, with top notes of bergamot before transitioning into vanilla orchid and Lily of the Valley and settling into Tahitian vanilla, fluffy musk and sugared woods. Now, I’m more of a gourmand girlie, but I actually liked ‘Hey, Bouquet’ better. The brand describes this one as “flowers with attitude” and it definitely offered a different take on a floral scent. I was immediately hit with the rose and jasmine notes before settling into vanilla and sandalwood before the orange zest and pink peppercorn started to take over.

Fast Facts

  • Vanilla Flowers Key Notes: bergamot, vanilla orchid, lily of the valley, tahitian vanilla, fluffy musk, sugared woods
  • Hey, Bouquet Key Notes: rose, jasmine, vanilla, sandalwood, orange zest, pink peppercorn
  • Sizes: 2.5 to 5.9 fl oz

2. Fenty Skin Big Dripp’r Body Wash

What We Like

  • rich lather
  • cleanses and refreshes skin
  • layers well with body mist

What We Don't Like

  • thick texture
  • finicky pump

Fenty

The body wash has a thick texture (almost like honey) so I was worried it wasn’t going to spread evenly on my skin. I also had a fear it was going to leave a greasy finish behind. However, it did the complete opposite. Once applied to wet skin, it becomes a rich lather that’s easy to glide along my body. I suggest a pump or two to get the job done. The creamy texture cleanses the skin, removing any grime and oil from the day, without stripping away my natural oils. It adds softness and suppleness to my skin. Some body washes often leave my skin super dry, so I’m left applying lotion almost immediately just lock in some moisture, but it wasn’t needed so quickly with this one. Plus, it has the same scents as the body mists, so you can layer both new products together to make sure the key fragrance last longer.

Fast Facts

  • Key Ingredients: water, betaine, sulfates, glycerin
  • Sizes: 11.8 fl oz

3. Fenty Skin Rich Dip Bubble Bath

What We Like

  • suds quickly
  • a little goes a long way
  • gentle formula

What We Don't Like

  • pricey

Fenty

Just call me Maya Rudolf because I can’t stop saying bubble bath after pouring the liquid in my tub and stirring the water around to create bubbles. Now, Ms. RiRi didn’t share any instructions on how much to pour, but I found a dime-sized amount was enough to start seeing some suds. Once I dipped in, it felt less like Mr. Bubbles and more like sinking into a luxurious bath at a five-star hotel. It’s gentle on the skin, very lightweight (it’s fluffy after all), and of course, smells wonderful.

Fast Facts

  • Key Ingredients: water, citrus oil
  • Sizes: 11.8 fl oz

In Conclusion: Go Run and Buy This Collection

  • Value: 18/20
  • Longevity: 19/20
  • Wearability: 19/20
  • Aesthetics: 20/20
  • Functionality: 20/20

Total: 96/100

Overall, I give this whole collection a 96 out of 100. Whether you’re looking for a new fragrance or interested in squeezing in a bubble bath in your schedule (because same), one of these core products are worth checking out. The key scents—’Vanilla Flowers’ and ‘Hey, Bouquet’—lasted a long time on the skin without being overpowering for those with sensitive noses. Fragrance aside, even the textures (from the thickness of the body wash to the light spray of the mist) worked well for my skin type.

But it’ll also be a missed opportunity to not highlight the packaging. While the clear pink and brown bottles looked ultra luxe, it’s the wavy base on the bottoms that caught my attention. Once again, Ms. Robyn thought of a design to keep the bottles from slipping and sliding in the shower. Inspired by the soles of sneakers, each bottle can be displayed without budging. Now, excuse me while I immerse myself in bubbles.
