To start out, I scheduled a 60-minute coaching session with the brand's founder, Greta Fitz, during which we discussed areas of my life where I felt stuck. She even tapped into my energy to help me determine what, exactly, I should be focusing on to achieve my goals. At the end of the session, Fitz offered two fragrance recommendations that she thought would be best for me, along with an affirmation to start practicing right away while I waited for them to arrive.
When my "scent spells" finally made their way to my doorstep, I immediately took them out of the box and sprayed them on. Upon first sniff, I loved just how unique and complex the blends were (without being too overwhelming).
