A DIY Calming Spray for Your Most Stressful Days

Deep breaths and a walk around the block can go a long way in helping you reduce anxiety in a moment of panic, but did you know there are also certain scents that can help as well? Lavender, eucalyptus and witch hazel are all good for amplifying those calm, relaxed feelings in your brain. Lucky for you, this super-easy DIY calming spray has them all.

How to Make a DIY Calming Spray

Step 1: Combine the water and witch hazel in your spray bottle.

Step 2: Add seven or eight drops each of the lavender and eucalyptus essential oils.

Step 3: Give the bottle a gentle shake, spray and feel yourself start to calm down with just a few deep breaths. Ahh, much better.
