Step 1: Curl your pointer fingers so the ends are resting at the base of your fingers. Place your thumbs on your temples and using the broad side of your fingers, gently apply pressure along your brow bone.

Step 2: Next move on to your eyelids using the same technique.

Step 3: Apply a bit more pressure as you massage under your eyes.

Step 4: Finally, run your fingers along your cheekbones to really refresh your sinuses and clear up congestion. Ahh, that’s better.
