Sun-Dried Tomato Guacamole

Presenting sun-dried tomato guacamole, the most sophisticated guac we’ve encountered—and just the excuse you need to invite your friends over for movie night. Just don’t forget the bottle of white vino.


2 avocados

1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

1 cup minced scallion

½ cup chopped fresh basil

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 garlic clove, minced

½ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper


1. In a large bowl, mash the avocados with a fork.

2. Stir in the sun-dried tomatoes, scallion, basil, lemon juice, garlic and cayenne pepper. Season with salt and pepper.
