Big-Batch Pink Negronis
Negronis: We love ’em, but with all the measuring and stirring, it’s really hard to whip them up for a crowd. Enter big-batch pink negronis. Thanks to Lillet Blanc, they’re slightly lighter, sweeter and more floral (read: more crowd-pleasing) than the O.G. version. Plus, you can mix eight servings at the same time...and the result is gorgeous. Bottoms up.
2 cups gin
1 cup Lillet Blanc
1 cup fresh lemon juice
½ cup Campari
2 teaspoons bitters
Lemon slices and edible flowers, for garnishing
1. Add the gin, Lillet Blanc, lemon juice, Campari and bitters to an ice-filled pitcher and stir until combined and very cold, about 30 seconds.
2. Carefully pour through a small fine-mesh strainer into eight cocktail glasses and garnish each with lemon slices and edible flowers.
