Zoë Kravitz and Karl Glusman’s star-studded wedding weekend in Paris was a who's-who of the celeb set, which should come as no surprise, in terms of the effortless cool factor that the bride and groom are known for.
Case in point: The Big Little Lies actress wore bike shorts under her hand-crocheted pearl cocktail dress by Danielle Frankel to her rehearsal dinner at Restaurant Lapérouse.
And we just got word of another unmistakably cool wedding detail: custom leather biker jackets.
Glusman's jacket, which features a hand-painted portrait of Kravitz in a heart and the words "just married," seems to be a post-wedding outfit accessory. We wonder if the bride had a similar jacket as well?
The groom captioned the post, "I believe our stars were written before we met, "Karl + Zoë, ride or die into the sunset..." Aww.
You can't say we didn't call it: Custom wedding jackets have been on the up-and-up for a few seasons now...but we've never seen anything quite like this. According to Vogue, it's probably by singer and visual artist Samantha Urbani. Glusman tagged Urbani in a comment on the post: "@samandude made the COOLEST jackets EVER!"
Jackets, plural? We're taking that as confirmation that Kravitz's wedding merch also included her own version of the biker jacket.
Like Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas's nuptials, which took place on the same weekend and also in France, Kravitz and Glusman were wed in a secret civil ceremony stateside earlier this year. The Big Little Lies star and her new husband exchanged vows yet again in front of family and friends at her father, Lenny Kravitz’s, 18th-century Parisian mansion (NBD) on Saturday, June 29.
In addition to Witherspoon, Kravitz’s BLL co-stars, Nicole Kidman (Celeste), Shailene Woodley (Jane) and Laura Dern (Renata) were also in attendance. Meryl Streep (Mary Louise) was noticeably absent.
Guests outside of the Monterey Five included Kravitz’s mom, Lisa Bonet, Cara Delevingne, Ashley Benson, Eddie Redmayne, Denzel Washington, Chris Pine and Annabelle Wallis.
Bike shorts and biker jackets? Could this wedding be any more trendy?!
