Zendaya and Tom Holland Wedding Update Just Dropped and I'm Spiraling

What if they elope?

It’s only been a few months (though, let’s be honest, it feels like longer) since Zendaya casually showed off that stunner of an engagement ring from Tom Holland. And now? We’ve already got a wedding update. Well… kind of. Zendaya’s longtime stylist Law Roach, aka the genius behind so many of her iconic red carpet looks, just offered a tiny peek behind the curtain of the couple’s wedding plans. And let’s just say, if you were hoping for a summer 2025 extravaganza, maybe don’t save the date just yet.

“The process hasn't even started yet,” Law told E! News. “Zendaya is working on so many movies. She's now filming the next iteration of Dune, so she's away doing that. It's so many movies, so we have time. We have a lot of time.”

Okay, but… how much time is “a lot of time”? A year? Two? Is it going to be a secret wedding situation where fans slowly piece it together with other celebrity Instagram posts? So many questions.

Speaking of secrets, when asked what kind of bride Zendaya might be, Law kept things very hush-hush, teasing only that she’ll be a “secret bride.” Honestly, that tracks. This is Zendaya we’re talking about—queen of mystery, style and making the internet collectively short-circuit every time she posts a single pic.

While we may not know the when or the where (or even the vibe) of the wedding just yet, we do know a bit about the ring. Back in January, People confirmed Zendaya and Tom's engagement, with TMZ reporting that Tom popped the question sometime between Christmas and New Year’s at one of Zendaya’s family homes.

Jewelry expert Neil Dutta, Managing Director at Angelic Diamonds, previously spilled the sparkly tea to PureWow, saying, “That ring is impossible to miss! It appears to feature a substantial cushion-cut diamond, likely around 5 carats, set in an east-west orientation. This modern twist on a classic cut is very on-trend for 2025.”

Apparently, that unusual setting doesn’t just look chic, it’s clever, too. “It makes the stone appear larger and more unique than a traditional north-south orientation,” Dutta explained. As for the design? It’s giving vintage romance meets modern elegance, blending 18k white and yellow gold for that effortlessly cool two-tone effect.

And in case you were wondering (because of course you were), the estimated value of the ring is a casual $250,000.

If the ring is any indication of what the wedding will look like? We’re in for something truly iconic. Until then, I’ll be refreshing Instagram like it’s my full-time job.
