Simone Biles is making her epic comeback one to remember. Not too much time has passed since the 26-year-old athlete announced that she would return to gymnastics. And now that she’s back, she has already made history once again.

On Sunday, Biles competed in the U.S. Gymnastics Championships in San Jose, California, and achieved a record eighth all-around title.

When she finished her floor routine, the famous athlete broke Alfred Jochim’s record of seven all-around golds (which was first set in 1933).

And not only that, Biles made history and became the oldest woman ever to win the gymnastics competition. She scored 3.9 points more than 21-year-old gymnast Shilese Jones, who took home a silver medal.

“I’ve been doing it for so long. I feel like I don’t think about numbers—I think about my performance,” Biles said after her win (per CBS Sports). “I think overall I hit eight for eight. I guess it’s a lucky number this year.”

This huge victory comes on the heels of Biles’s comeback announcement. She previously withdrew from the 2021 Tokyo Olympics after suffering from “the twisties.” (FYI, the condition causes gymnasts to lose their sense of space while they are in midair.)

Biles also completely stole the show at the Core Hydration U.S. Classic earlier this month, where she won gold medals for vault, floor and balance beam. In addition, she won third place in the uneven bars competition.

Congrats on your big win, Simone!
