Ryan Seacrest Is (Still) Missing From ‘Live with Kelly and Ryan’ Today...

Ryan Seacrest was noticeably absent from Live with Kelly and Ryan for the second time this week (!). Luckily, Kelly Ripa had more than enough backup with Andy Cohen stepping in as guest host once again.

ICYMI: On Monday, the Live producers shared a behind-the-scenes video prior to the start of the show. However, while we are used to seeing Kelly Ripa and Seacrest making their way to the stage, this time the 50-year-old actress was joined by Cohen. In the clip, the Bravo star was all smiles as he left his dressing room and was introduced to coffee man Dan.

And it looks like the 52-year-old is just as thrilled to be sitting in for Seacrest today (Tuesday) as he was yesterday. The Live Instagram shared a similar video of the co-hosts this morning featuring the duo being super chatty about Ripa’s chic ensemble—a navy Roland Mouret dress with a lace hem.

While it still hasn’t been addressed as to why Seacrest is MIA from the show, it seems he’s got some other business to take care of elsewhere. On Monday, the American Idol alum shared a post of himself on Instagram. We can’t exactly make out where he is, but it’s clear from his surroundings (including the chairs and a trailer) he’s on the set of some project. “Working hard or hardly working?” he captioned the post. We need details on this project ASAP.
