‘Bachelor’ Alums Are Getting an All-New Series About Life After the Show

First it was The Bachelor. Then it was The Bachelorette, Bachelor in Paradise and—lest we forget—The Bachelor Winter Games. Well, prepare for even more on-screen drama, because Bachelor Nation is blessing us with another reality show that we really don’t need.

Kinetic Content TV is currently developing an all-new YouTube series Rose Buds, which will focus on life after the show.

The docuseries will star former contestants Ashley Iaconetti, Jared Haibon, Nick Viall, Dean Unglert and Jade and Tanner Tolbert. Jade and Tanner’s daughter, Emmy, and Ashley’s sister, Lauren, are also listed as cast members. (Because the more, the merrier.)

Ashley announced the news on Instagram and shared a trailer for Rose Buds, writing, “I always thought there should be an after The Bachelor type show………”

The six-episode series will mainly focus on Ashley and Jared moving in together and planning their upcoming wedding. The show will also feature Jade and Tanner’s cross-country move, all while preparing to welcome their second child. Nick and Dean will make cameos and offer advice as they see fit. (Natch.)

“I feel like everyone loves seeing the friendships that form on the show, but we never get enough in the one hour and 20 minutes of air time,” Ashley told People. “I think this is why people love seeing the alums together on Instagram.”

The first two episodes of Rose Buds will hit YouTube on May 8 at 6 p.m. ET/3 p.m. PT, followed by weekly installments.

It appears Hannah Brown’s season of The Bachelorette has some unexpected competition.
