It’s no secret that Princess Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooksbank split their time between London and Portugal. The pair—along with their two children, August and Ernest—have lived in Melides, near Comporta, for at least a couple of years now following Jack securing a new job doing marketing, sales and promotion for the CostaTerra Golf and Ocean Club, a 300-home luxury development there. (The royal fam is said to live on site.)

Well, it appears that Eugenie and Jack are on the cusp of securing a new high-profile A-list neighbor, according to a report from HELLO!. Nicole Kidman is supposedly on the hunt for a villa at the chichi resort after recently applying for her Portuguese residency. And based on what CostaTerra is said to offer, it makes sense.

The club boasts “a wide range of real estate options, from large estate homesites to contemporary coastal villas, turnkey club residences and custom luxury homes,” according to the development’s website. Amenities are also chic and world-class: There’s an 18-hole golf course, spa and equestrian center, not to mention a mile of uninterrupted pristine beachfront. (Per reports, home costs are estimated to begin at an estimated $3.6 million.)

Kidman already owns an apartment in Lisbon, so its clear the European locale has a special place in her heart. In fact, she’s met with members of the royal family on numerous occasions over the years, so having Princess Eugenie as a neighbor would likely be a “nice-to-have” as she mulls over a potential buy.

Real estate goals? We’d say so.
