Princess Eugenie Shares Never-Before-Seen Pic of Baby August (& OMG Those Bunny Slippers...)

Happy Mother's Day to Princess Eugenie!

The royal family member gave birth to her son, August Philip Hawke Brooksbank, just last month, which was perfect timing for her to celebrate Mother's Day in the U.K. (or "Mothering Sunday" as they call it) this past weekend.

The princess marked the day with an Instagram post, which said, "I'm so excited to be August's mum and as you can see I'm enjoying my first Mother’s Day. ⁣I'm also celebrating my beautiful Mumma with this picture of us from March 1990. You’ve taught me so much. ⁣Happy Mother’s Day to all."

The slideshow includes a photo of baby August lying in a patch of yellow flowers. He is bundled up in fuzzy bunny shoes, whale pants and a white knit hat & cardigan combo.

Meanwhile, the second image is a throwback photo of Princess Eugenie being held by her mother, Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York. The picture is from March of 1990, the same month when Princess Eugenie was born.

This is only the second time Princess Eugenie has shared a full photo of August on her Instagram. After announcing his birth with a black-and-white hand-holding pic, the Princess posted an image holding her son with her husband, Jack Brooksbank. The photo included a message that said, "Our hearts are full of love for this little human, words can't express. We are excited to be able to share these photos with you.⁣"

The Mother's Day festivities were shared by the entire royal family, like the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, who posted a snap of their delicious Mother's Day cake, as well as some heart-warming cards made by Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis for "Granny Diana."

Keep the baby pics coming, Princess Eugenie!
