Princess Beatrice just proved that she can pull off a variety of looks, thanks to her stunning transformation at the 2022 Royal Ascot.

The opening day for Britain’s most popular horse racing event started on Tuesday and we saw numerous royal family members in attendance, including Princess Beatrice and her husband, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi.

On day one, Beatrice looked absolutely stunning in a white and pink floral dress designed by Zimmermann (per Town & Country). She accessorized the look with a tan-colored clutch bag that had her initials “BY” (short for Beatrice of York) etched on the front—which matched perfectly with the belt wrapped around her waist. Beatrice topped the outfit off with a straw hat, where her loose curls blew in the wind. The hat featured a pink bow and flowers crafted by Juliette Botterill Millinery.

But the princess truly showed her fashion range on day two of the event. For the second day, the royal opted for a big change with a chic look. While riding in a carriage alongside her husband, she rocked a form-fitting white dress (with a Royal Box sticker on the front) and a blue/white top hat. Beatrice decided to wear her hair differently for the second day, where she sported a slicked-back bun.

The royal couple was joined by Prince Charles and Camilla Parker-Bowles for the event. They led the carriage parade, riding with Vice Admiral Sir Tony Johnstone-Burt. But Queen Elizabeth was unable to attend the first two days because of mobility issues.

Her Majesty wrote a public statement following the decision, reading: “While I may not have attended every event in person, my heart has been with you all; and I remain committed to serving you to the best of my ability, supported by my family. I have been inspired by the kindness, joy and kinship that has been so evident in recent days, and I hope this renewed sense of togetherness will be felt for many years to come.”

Keeping our fingers crossed for a special appearance by the queen and perhaps more fabulous Royal Ascot fashion looks by Princess Beatrice as well.
