The 70-year-old Prince of Wales showed birthday well-wishers his appreciation with a thank-you card featuring a brand-new James Bond–esque portrait. In the snap, Charles smizes at the camera and puts a stylish spin on aristocracy.
The pocket square! The gold watch! The signet ring on the pinkie! The sheer socks! So much yes, Charles.
He paired his snazzy pic with a formal message of gratitude (he is royal after all). The card read, “The Prince of Wales was very touched you took the trouble to write as you did on the occasion of his 70th Birthday. His Royal Highness greatly appreciated your thoughtfulness and sends you his warmest thanks and very best wishes.”
Like a fine wine, Prince Charles is only getting better (and more dapper) with time.
