These 3 ’90s Boy Bands Are Joining Together for an Epic Vegas Show

Backstreet's back...and so are *NSYNC and Boyz II Men. Alright!

Yes—you read that correctly. Members of all three ’90s boy bands are joining forces to form a supergroup, and they will perform for four nights at The Venetian Resort in Las Vegas later this summer. AJ McLean and Nick Carter will represent the Backstreet Boys, while *NSYNC's Joey Fatone and Boyz II Men's Wanya Morris will fill out the rest of the squad.

The news was shared in an article from Variety, where Fatone explained the thinking behind the formation. “We wanted to do something with the idea of the Rat Pack meets the Pop age now — different artists coming together and doing a show that’s fun, but also takes you through a bit of history...But it organically also turned into more of a celebration of our bands and a homage to pop culture.”

BSB member McLean shared the news on his Instagram, where he said, “We’re bringin’ the party to Vegas, baby! Come see us at The Venetian Las Vegas in The Sands Showroom August 19-22nd! Presale tickets are available now, use code: AJSPARTY. Link in my stories. LET’S GO!”

McLean also helped build excitement for the show in the interview with Variety, saying, “We’ve had so much fun putting this show together. I can’t wait to share it with the fans. I promise an incredible night of wild surprises.”

Meanwhile, Fatone says fans should expect a few surprises along the way. “There’ll be a bunch of guests coming in and out, which is how it has the feel of the Rat Pack,” he said. “People can just show up and do a song.”

Tickets for “The After Party” will go on sale Saturday, July 10 at 10 a.m. PT. In the meantime, we'll be bleaching the tips of our hair in anticipation.
