Greg the Egg is about to have a major glow-up.
Nicholas Braun, who plays cousin Greg in Succession, just snagged his newest role and it’s a major promotion from the Roy family’s errand boy. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the 31-year-old Succession actor is set to star as Adam Neumann of WeWork fame (and infamy) in a brand-new limited series. While no network has been set as of yet, HBO seems like a natural fit for the project.
Chernin Entertainment and Endeavor Content have officially acquired the TV rights for a forthcoming book about Neumann’s WeWork empire by The Wall Street Journal’s Eliot Brown and Maureen Farrell. As part of the deal, the production companies will also be co-producing a documentary about WeWork.
The book, series and documentary will center on the meteoric rise and catastrophic fall of the $50 billion startup. Like other tech startups, WeWork filed for IPO and subsequently cracked under the pressure of inquiries about how sound its business model really is.
