2025 is shaping up to be Meghan Markle’s year. From her return to Instagram—landing the coveted @meghan handle—to launching her lifestyle brand As Ever and releasing her Netflix series With Love, Meghan (which already got renewed for season two), she’s been making major moves. She’s also been more open than ever, recently sharing rare glimpses of life with Prince Harry and their two children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.

Now, Meghan’s adding another first to the list: her debut podcast appearance as a guest.

The Duchess of Sussex appears on the April 28 episode of The Jamie Kern Lima Show and before I even get into what she said, let’s talk about her look. In a teaser clip shared on Instagram, Meghan keeps it casual in matching black sweats. A sweet detail? Her sweatshirt is stitched with her children’s names around the collar. And in a move reminiscent of Pamela Anderson and Alicia Keys, she opted for a completely makeup-free look.

“@meghan in Her FIRST EVER Podcast Interview and I am SO excited to invite YOU to join us… Meghan is opening up like never before and shares real, raw, and soul-filling stories, insights and inspiration. I’ve never cried so much in an interview—in the BEST possible way,” Jamie Kern Lima wrote in the caption.

Jamie also gave some insight into Meghan’s cozy look.

“She and I decided to do the episode the same way we spend most of our time together—no makeup, in our sweats, and cozied up in the two rocking chairs I have at my house.”

In the episode, the two dive into everything from whether Meghan still uses “Markle” as her last name to her morning routine—and yes, even the possibility of writing another book or running for office.

The full episode is now available on YouTube and wherever you get your podcasts.
