Meghan Markle recently traveled to New York City to support her husband, Prince Harry, who gave a heartfelt speech for the United Nations General Assembly. Despite their busy itinerary, the Duchess of Sussex still made time to reconnect with a good friend: Gloria Steinem.
This week, Markle and Steinem were spotted leaving the Crosby Street Hotel in Soho, where they seemingly had lunch. In the photos obtained by People magazine, the pair walked hand-in-hand when they left the building.
Markle wore a white button-down shirt with navy-blue shorts. We don’t know where she got her bottoms, but there are similar versions at Gap ($50) and Banana Republic ($20).
The duchess accessorized the look with a leather belt, a matching clutch, tan pumps and gold jewelry, including a watch and Cartier bangle. She styled her hair in a chic ponytail and opted for minimal makeup. (See the photos here.)
