Mark Consuelos Was Just Voted One of the ‘Sexiest Silver Thirst Traps’ of 2021

We can't say we're totally surprised by this one.

Leading up to their annual announcement of the ‘Sexiest Man Alive,’ People conducted a readers' poll with various categories for male celebs, ranging from ‘Sexiest Eyes’ and ‘Sexiest Smile’ all the way to ‘Sexiest Vaccine Selfie.’

There was even a category titled ‘Sexiest Silver Thirst Trap,’ which included the best thirst traps posted by 50+ male celebrities (aka our favorite silver foxes). Of course, one of the five finalists in this category was none other than Riverdale actor (and frequent thirst-trapper) Mark Consuelos.

The news was shared in a slideshow on People's website, where they said, “They're sexy and they know it! These 50+ hunks (including John Stamos, Mark Consuelos, Jeff Goldblum and Chris Meloni) all took to social media to show off their stuff.” However, Mark Wahlberg ended up taking the top prize thanks to his many workout videos on Instagram.

Along with the results, the publication shared one of the selfies that Kelly Ripa had previously posted on her account, where Mark Consuelos is seen flexing while laying in bed.

Ripa is actually the one who posts many of her husband's thirst traps. Take for instance this one she posted back in July, with the caption: “#tbt one year ago, when the air conditioner gave up, so did @instasuelos.”

But Consuelos isn't afraid to post them on his own page, like when he promoted his many shirtless scenes on Riverdale.
