Lisa Vanderpump may be TV royalty, but that doesn’t mean she’s on the same level as Kate Middleton.
It all started last week when the Duchess of Cambridge, 37, wore a blouse that highly resembles the 58-year-old Bravo star’s “signature style.” When Vanderpump caught wind of the comparison, she posted a photo on social media to address the gossip once and for all.
“The difference is…she has blue blood I have pink lol,” she wrote on Instagram, referring to Middleton’s nobility and—of course—her favorite color.
The pic was taken back in November 2018 when Vanderpump wore a pink pussy-bow top. Fast-forward to four months later, and Middleton stepped out wearing a similar—albeit purple—blouse by Gucci.
The catch? As Harper’s Bazaar points out, the duchess is wearing the shirt backward, which means she went the extra mile to copy Vanderpump’s ensemble.
Coincidence? We think not.
