Surprise! Kristen Stewart Ties the Knot with Fiancée Dylan Meyer

It's official: Kristen Stewart and Dylan Meyer are married!

On April 20, the 35-year-old Twilight alum walked down the aisle with her fiancée, Dylan Meyer, in an intimate ceremony at her Los Angeles home. According to TMZ, the happy couple wed just a few days after obtaining their marriage license in Los Angeles County, and the ceremony was attended by a small group of loved ones, including fellow actress Ashley Benson and her husband, Brandon Davis.

The outlet also shared a few photos from the wedding, where Stewart and Meyer exchange rings and embrace after they've said their I do's. (You can see them here.)

Stewart wore a gray button-up sweater and a matching skirt set for the occasion while Meyer donned a white blouse and silky beige skirt.

The happy couple publicly confirmed their relationship in 2019, and if you tuned in to Stewart's interview with Howard Stern that year, you may recall the actress saying that she wanted to be the one to propose. However, in a follow-up interview, when Stewart announced her engagement in 2021, she revealed that Meyer beat her to it.

During her appearance on The Howard Stern Show, she said, "We're marrying. We're totally going to do it. I wanted to be proposed to. So I think I very distinctly carved out what I wanted and, you know, she nailed it. It was really cute. She did very well and—we're marrying. It's happening."

The actress added, "It was just like—it's not a given that I would be the one [to propose], you know what I mean? Like, with two girls, you never know, like, who's going to fulfill what weird gender role thing and we don't do that or think about it in those terms. So I was like, 'Wait, well, I'm not the one for sure.' And so I was kind of joking for a bit, like, 'No, I want to be the one to propose, like, I want to be proposed to' and then she just grabbed that bowl and made it happen. It was so cute."

Although the pair keeps their romance relatively private, Meyer occasionally offers a glimpse of their many adventures on Instagram, from romantic getaways to birthday tributes.

To celebrate her partner's birthday in 2024, Meyer shared a sweet tribute that reads, "Happy birthday to this dash of hot sauce, my favorite person here on planet earth. You’re like finding five bucks in your pocket, like the drum solo in Phil Collins’s In the Air Tonight, like a friendly cat on the street. I don’t know how I got so lucky but I like really really love you and am wishing you a meteor shower of good stuff in the year to come. Get it, babe."
