Shepard and Bell were on a family vacation in Michigan with their kids Lincoln, 6, and Delta, 4, as well as Bell's former Veronica Mars co-star, actor Ryan Hansen, and his family. Hansen and Bell will reunite for the Veronica Mars fourth-season reboot that hits Hulu on July 26.
Later in the day, Bell donned a very on-trend tie-dye T-shirt coverup that complemented her gold and tortoise shell accessories perfectly.
Bell seemed to love soaking up the last few press-circuit-free days of summer. In a video she posted to the 'Gram, she shows viewers how to nail the "Insta Superzoom" feature.
