Prince Louis Is Officially Talking and His Favorite Word Seems to Be ‘Me’

Looks like Prince Louis has hit a major milestone. The youngest child of Kate Middleton and Prince William is talking, according to his mother.

Yesterday, the Duchess of Cambridge, 37, attended her first royal engagement as patron of the U.K. charity Family Action (she is taking over for Queen Elizabeth, who held the same role for 65 years).

The event took place at the Peterley Manor Farm in Buckinghamshire, England. While there, Middleton surprised a group of children before engaging in a series of holiday-inspired activities. Not only did she help the kids select Christmas trees, but she also made crafts and drank hot chocolate.

During the event, the duchess spoke with one little boy, who held his hand up saying “me, me!”

“You remind me of my little Louis, he keeps saying, ‘Me, me, me.’ And he wants to come everywhere with me!” Middleton said, according to People.

We know the one-year-old has been walking running for a while now, since we last saw him at the King Power Royal Charity Polo Day in Wokingham, England, over the summer.

First walking now talking? Damn, that was fast.
