A Very Pregnant Kate Middleton Is Taking on a Cause Dear to Her Heart

With the arrival of her third child just a month away, the pregnant duchess spent today promoting her brand-new initiative, Nursing Now, which aims to improve and encourage nursing across to the globe.

First up on her Nursing Now tour, K-Middy visited the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists to learn more about the school’s global health programs to reduce maternal and newborn mortality rates worldwide.

Kate then stopped by St. Thomas’ Hospital and its Snow Leopard Ward at Evelina London Children’s Hospital, where she delivered a speech and joked to Jamie Parsons, the father of a patient there, that “William’s in denial” about the arrival of baby number three.
