Kaley Cuoco Reveals Why She Doesn’t Go Into Fitting Rooms While Shopping

Kaley Cuoco’s shopping advice will make you think twice about visiting the fitting room during your next trip to the mall.

PureWow recently sat down with the 33-year-old actress at an event celebrating the launch of Marshalls Surprise Box, where she shared her “Hot Tip” about shopping.

So, what’s Cuoco’s secret? “Don’t go in the fitting room.”

According to the Big Bang Theory star, trying on clothes is a waste of time when you already know what works for your body and what doesn’t. “Personally, you know yourself by now. You know your size, you know what works,” she said.

Cuoco went on to explain that she would rather visit more stores than spend time in the fitting room. “Like, just get in there, pay for it and get out,” she added. “Don’t waste your time because you need more time to get in more stores. So don’t waste your time trying clothes on, you need to keep it moving.”

During the event, Cuoco also discussed her all-new TV show, The Flight Attendant, which is based on the namesake novel by Chris Bohjalian. Although she learned a lot about the aviation industry, the actress admitted that she’s probably not cut out for a life in the skies.

“I don’t know how flight attendants do it—I would be internally annoyed the entire time,” she said. “They’ve got a lot of patience.”

If you need us, we’ll be looking up the return policies for our favorite stores. (Hey, you never know.)
