So, it's no surprise that she recently shocked fans with a brand-new look on her Instagram. The Sinner star traded her signature beach waves for a curly style that's giving off major '80s vibes.
She captioned the post, "That's why her hair is so big...it's full of secrets" as a nod to the iconic film Mean Girls. In the picture, a smiling Biel shows off her small ringlets, along with striking blonde highlights.
Now, the Valentine's Day star has always been known for her brunette waves, so we have an inkling that this new transformation is for a current role. Just a quick look in the background of the picture shows her in a trailer (which is a familiar location in previous IG posts in the past few weeks).
Plus, current and former co-stars have left cheeky comments on the 'new do that makes us believe it's a temporary look. "You better not have been wearing your stunt wig without me" said Candy co-star, Melanie Lynskey while 7th Heaven co-star, Beverley Mitchell, weighed in with "Omg!!!!! This takes me back!!!! Haha love it!!! The bigger the hair..."
