We were anticipating big wins for some of Hollywood’s hottest stars at last Sunday's Golden Globes...but we were mostly just waiting for the arrival of Beyoncé (she quietly skipped the red carpet and snuck right inside.) And while the show itself was fine, often it's the moments we don't get to see on the broadcast that make awards season so great...like this rare interaction with Queen Bey herself.
During the Globes, Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon ran out of water at their table, so Witherspoon did what she had to do...she asked the "Lemonade" singer for some Champagne. Aniston shared the whole moment on her Instagram Stories (we're so glad the Morning Show star finally invested in an IG account).
"Reese!? This is one of the many reasons I love you," she wrote in her Stories. The Friends actor shared snapshots with the bubbly drinks and even tagged Beyoncé’s account. The Big Little Lies star reposted Aniston’s photo and captioned her own post with, "When Jay-Z gave us his #AceofSpade champagne, we were like," followed by some cat-with-hearts emojis.
Though we're not sure how Witherspoon went about asking the couple, it clearly worked. But the story doesn't end there. On Thursday, Witherspoon revealed Beyonce and Jay-Z sent an entire case of champagne to her home.
