Jennifer Aniston & Courteney Cox Just Dropped a New Selfie—and I Can't Stop Staring at Their Smiles

When it comes to iconic celebrity friendships, Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox are still going strong. From heartfelt birthday wishes to sweet nicknames, the Friends co-stars have never been shy about showing the world just how much they adore each other. Case in point: their latest joint selfie.

The duo took to Instagram to share a new photo of themselves, cheek to cheek, standing on what looks like a breezy beachside boardwalk. Jennifer is sporting a ruffled black tank top, layered silver and gold necklaces and her signature blonde waves. Courteney, standing just slightly behind her, wears a brown collared shirt with rolled sleeves and her dark hair down in relaxed waves.

While the selfie is nothing out of the norm, there’s one detail that stuck out to me and I can’t believe I hadn’t noticed it before: they share the same close-lipped smile. In this photo, it’s nearly identical. It's subtle, but once you see it, you can’t unsee it.

The carousel also included a shot of their respective brands: Jen’s Lolavie shampoo and conditioner and Courteney’s Homecourt body wash, all neatly arranged in a chic shower setup.

“We look so cute next to each other….so do they,” the playful caption read.

Naturally, fans flooded the comments with love for the mini Friends reunion. “Rachel and Monica!! I LOVE THIS FRIENDSHIP SO MUCH,” one person wrote. Another chimed in with, “TWO ICONIC GIRLS,” and one especially emotional fan declared, “My favorite duo this life and whatever comes after!!!!”

Earlier this month, Jennifer opened up to People about what she and Courteney actually chat about when they hang out. Spoiler alert: it’s not as juicy as you might think.

“We usually talk interior design,” Jen revealed. “It kind of bores people to tears when we get into a room together. But it’s what we love. It’s our love language.”

She added, “What haven’t I learned from Courteney?”
