Hilary Duff Welcomes Fourth Child and Shares First-Glimpse Photos on IG

Say hello to Townes Meadow Bair, the latest member of the Duff-Bair-Comrie Crew fam.

Yesterday, Hilary Duff announced that she gave birth to her fourth child. And to celebrate the occasion, the Lizzie McGuire alum, 36, shared a bunch of first-glimpse photos of her newborn daughter on Instagram. 

Along with not one, but four photos of the proud mom and her hubby, Matthew Koma, 36, holding their daughter, the caption read, “Townes Meadow Bair [teddy bear emoji], now we know why she made us wait so long…She was perfecting those cheeks!”

Duff continued, “I have been dreaming of holding you in my arms for months and the past 5 days of getting to know you, stare at you and smell you has been pure moments of magic. We all love you like you’ve been here all along beauty. 5/3/24.”

Many of her celebrity friends flooded the comments with heartwarming messages. Former Disney star Ashley Tisdale wrote, “Townes you are the cutest and coolest already.” Even Sweet Magnolias actress JoAnna Garcia Swisher commented, “I’m just beside myself! Welcome to the world baby, Townes! So happy for you all! [red heart emojis].”

Duff revealed she was pregnant with her fourth child back in December 2023. Around Christmas time, the How I Met Your Father star unveiled her growing baby bump in her family’s annual holiday card. The first slide of the Instagram post showed Duff holding her belly with a shocked facial expression. 

Duff and Koma tied the knot in 2019. The couple now share three children: baby Townes, Mae, 2, and Banks, 5. The former Disney Channel star also shares her 11-year-old son Luca with her ex-husband, Mike Comrie.
