A few days ago, Hilaria Baldwin posted a heartbreaking Instagram photo revealing that she was "most likely experiencing a miscarriage."
Now, Baldwin, who has four children with husband Alec, is opening up about her decision to be so candid in an interview with Today's Savannah Guthrie and Hoda Kotb.
"This is something that has not been easy, and I understand it," she told the hosts. "I wanted to come out and speak about it because it's something so many people deal with, and as women we're trained to deal with it silently. (...) I don't think we have to live with such fear."
It's this kind of openness and honesty we've come to expect from Baldwin, a friend of PureWow's through her work with The Coterie and the 'Mom Brain' podcast (which she hosts alongside Daphne Oz).
Adding that she's feeling OK, Baldwin explained, "I'm pretty sure that this is not gonna stick. When we agree to be parents, we have to accept the good and the bad."
Sending all of our love (and kudos for destimagtizing something so many women go through) to the Baldwins.
