Hilaria Baldwin is baring it all on social media after reaching a super-special milestone in her pregnancy.
The Mom Brain co-host, 35, recently posted a photo on her personal Instagram account and celebrated the completion of her first trimester.

The pic features Baldwin showing off her growing baby bump as she poses in a black lace bra and blue underwear. She captioned the post, “Because this baby deserves belly pics too! GUYS!!!! I made it through my first trimester!!!”
Baldwin followed up with a photo on her Instagram Story, but this time, she’s fully clothed.

The expectant mom is wearing a black off-the-shoulder sweater, pants and knee-high boots. She wrote, “And the bump in clothes,” along with a laughing emoji.
Last month, Baldwin and her husband, Alec, announced that they’re expecting their fifth child. The podcast co-host shared a sonogram video of the baby’s heartbeat and wrote, “It is still very early…but we have learned that there is a little person inside of me. The sound of this strong heart makes me so happy—especially because of the loss we experienced in the spring. We want to share this news as we are excited and don’t want to hide the pregnancy. These first few months are tough with exhaustion and nausea…and I don’t want to have to pretend that I feel OK.”
Hilaria and Alec currently have four children together: Carmen (6), Rafael (4), Leonardo (2) and Romeo (1). The 30 Rock alum also has a daughter, Ireland (23), with his ex-wife, Kim Basinger.
