Anyone know what time it is?

One thing that never fails to blow my mind is the sheer creativity people bring to the table—whether it’s TV, film, architecture or fashion. The ability to dream up and actually execute some of these ideas is next-level. Case in point? Hailey Bieber’s latest fashion moment.

The 28-year-old model and Rhode founder recently shared a carousel of photos on Instagram, posing on a balcony in Miami. As always, she looked stunning—but this time, it was her dress that really turned heads. Why? Because it was made entirely of watch straps. Yes, you read that right.

The eye-catching mini dress is by French designer Marine Serre and made its runway debut back in March during the brand’s Fall 2025 show at Paris Fashion Week. According to WWD, the one-of-a-kind piece features 500 stainless steel chainlink watch bands, layered in a sleek, asymmetrical pattern that hugs Hailey’s frame perfectly.

Hailey kept the styling simple, pairing the look with skinny silver stilettos and a single watch on her wrist.

Later that evening, she switched things up and slipped into a sparkling dark brown and gold gown, complete with a plunging V-neckline.

Of course, she’s not the only one experimenting with unconventional materials. Jenna Ortega recently wore a red dress made entirely of individual glass pieces while promoting her movie Death of a Unicorn. As gorgeous as it was, Jenna admitted it wasn’t exactly comfortable.

“Sometimes there are pieces of glass that are poking my ass every time I sit,” she told Stephen Colbert.

No word yet on whether Hailey’s metal moment came with any sharp edges, but hey—beauty is pain, right?
