Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas Exchanged Love-Filled Anniversary Posts on Instagram

Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas have been enjoying quite the eventful fall. Not only did the two celebrate their shared birthday back in late September, but yesterday, the pair had a different reason to celebrate as they marked their 21st wedding anniversary. The moment was recognized by each star on their respective Instagram accounts.

Zeta-Jones noted the special day with a black-and-white throwback and a caption that said, “Happy Anniversary Michael. For 21 years you have had my back! For over 21 years we had had our love. Love you sweetheart ♥.”

The caption was fitting, given that the Traffic actress chose a photo where Douglas has his arm wrapped around her back and she is seen smiling over her shoulder.

But it was Douglas's post that really caught our attention. The Fatal Attraction star shared a video that was stitched with throwbacks of him and his wife, and he captioned the post, “Happy Anniversary my darling Catherine! I love you so much @catherinezetajones ♥ #21years.”

In the video, the song “Best Day of My Life” by American Authors plays as Douglas takes viewers through the history of his and Zeta-Jones's relationship. The clip starts with images from the pair's wedding and it continues with shots of them posing on the red carpet, smiling during vacations, smooching on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and much more.

Zeta-Jones commented on her husband's video and said, “Love love love this. Love love love you.”

Fellow celebs sent their congrats to the couple, like Michelle Pfeiffer, who said, “Happy Anniversary you two!” Danish supermodel Helena Christensen commented a series of fire and heart emojis, while Douglas's son from his previous marriage, Cameron, said, “Happy Anniversary Love you both. Enjoy your special day! Many more to come.”

No one does social media like these two.
