Two weeks ago, we told you about Biëryoncé, the Beyoncé-inspired beer from Lineup Brewing in Brooklyn. But just as quickly as we fell in love with the concept, we have to say goodbye to it.
That’s because Queen Bey herself sent Lineup Brewing a cease-and-desist letter, shutting down production.
On Instagram, the brand noted that “Moving forward, our German Pilsner will be called ‘Kätariná’ paying homage to our badass female brewer and owner. We’re still huge Beyoncé fans.” Which, same.
Guess we'll just have to stick to lemonade.
