Beyoncé Stunned in Not 1, But 2 Gorgeous Gold Looks This Weekend

Beyoncé put out all the goddess vibes at her husband, Jay-Z’s, inaugural Shawn Carter Foundation Gala Weekend this past weekend.

The 38-year-old “Halo” singer brought her fashion A-game to the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida, wearing not one covetable gold designer gown, but two in the span of two days.

Yoncé got the party started on Friday night by wearing a light gold sequined figure-flattering David Koma gown to the foundation’s high-stakes poker tournament. It was—gasp!—even a little see-through.

She paired the slinky look with a Judith Leiber clutch that looked like a wad of a billion dollars. Pretty fitting for Bey, if we do say so ourselves.

But she didn’t stop there. On Saturday, Queen Bey somehow found a way to up the ante for the weekend’s black-tie gala, which raised a casual $6 million and included guests like Alicia Keys (who also performed), DJ Khaled, Tyler Perry and more.

Beyoncé’s black tie frock was really something: a ’20s-inspired feather and sequin column gown with a thigh-high slit, all from Roberto Cavalli.

She paired it with silver bejeweled heels, pear-shaped diamond hoop earrings by Lorraine Schwartz and matching rings. Her ensemble was topped off with old Hollywood waves and a wine colored lip.

Proceeds from the weekend went toward the Shawn Carter Foundation’s scholarship fund, college prep workshops, bus tours, study abroad opportunities and community goodwill programs for youth and families in need.

Between Beyoncé’s outfits and the money raised, we’d call that a successful couple of days.
